Well here are some pics of the first attempt of at the outdoor kitchen.

This is what I saw when I came home. Sad when you can see it is not level from inside the house.

Not sure how anyone could think this was a structurally sound wall.

I understand sometimes you need to use shims but not to make that side even more uneven.

I am sure the tile would have laid nicely on this base.

Even if you are going to cover a wall with rock I think it should be straight and stable…but that might just be me.

Well hopefully take 2 will be a better experience! I will keep you updated on our progress.
